v1.2.1
August 22, 2026- FixedThe keyboard no longer covers the box you are typing in
On Android, confirmation sheets — deleting your account, setting a password — slid the keyboard over the very field you needed to type into, with no way to scroll it back. They now move out of the way properly.
- NewPrizes you win are now kept with your promos
A raffle prize used to live only in the chat message that announced it, so once that scrolled away there was nowhere to look it up. My Promos in Settings is now Promos & Prizes, and the prizes you win sit there next to your promos. Active holds what you can still use and what the host has yet to hand over; History keeps what you used or collected, along with anything that expired or was re-drawn. Tapping a promo opens its own screen, with the QR code while it is still usable, and tapping a prize opens the event chat where the host is.
- FixedA re-drawn raffle prize now tells you what happened
If you win a raffle and the prize is not claimed in time, the host can re-draw it. Before, you would still be shown as a winner and still see the congratulations. Now the prize is clearly marked re-drawn, and you get a message explaining what you won and that it went to someone else because it was not collected.
- NewHosts can call off a raffle
A raffle could only ever end by drawing a winner — so one nobody entered got stuck in the chat with no way to close it, because the draw button switches itself off when there are no entries. Hosts can now cancel a raffle before the draw. Anyone who entered is told it was cancelled.
- FixedSet-up no longer skips steps on a shared phone
If the app had ever been set up on your phone before — by someone else, or by you before a reinstall — a new account could skip straight past the location request and the "how did you hear about us" question and land in the app half configured. Every new account now gets the full set-up regardless of what the phone has seen before.
- ImprovedAdding your photo is no longer a set-up step
The add-a-photo screen during sign-up is gone. Instead there is a reminder on your profile button until you have one, and your profile will ask you directly. You can add a photo whenever you like rather than being asked before you have seen the app.
- FixedGoing Offline now hides you from the map too
Setting your status to Offline hid you from Discover but still left you as a pin on the map and counted you in the "members nearby" total. Offline now means offline everywhere.
- ImprovedYour language is picked up from your phone
The language selector during set-up starts on your phone's language instead of defaulting to English.
- ImprovedJust using the app keeps your account active
Reading messages and browsing now count as activity. Before, only posting, messaging or editing did — so someone who mainly reads could drift toward being treated as a dormant account. This does not change the Active/Inactive badge other members see on your card, and it does not affect Offline: if you have set yourself Offline, you stay Offline until you change it yourself.
- ImprovedYou will not miss a raffle
When a raffle starts in an event chat, it now lands in your notifications as well as arriving as a push. Before, a missed or muted push was the only warning you ever got — and for raffles with a timer, the entry window could close before you knew it had opened.
- NewHosts choose whether to announce raffle winners
Starting a raffle now has a “Post the winners in chat” option, on by default. Turn it off and nothing is announced publicly — handy if the prize is sensitive or you would rather call it out yourself. Winners are always told privately either way.
- ImprovedA poll countdown you can actually see
The time left on a poll now sits in its own badge beside the question instead of being tucked into the small print, and turns amber in the final minute so a closing poll is obvious at a glance.
- NewRun up to three polls at once
A chat used to allow one open poll at a time. Now up to three can run together, stacked above the message box — tap any one to open it and vote. The newest sits on top, and the others show their vote count while collapsed.
