The SeaWingman name, logo, and the SeaWingman app, website, source code, designs, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
What's covered
- •The SeaWingman wordmark and airplane logo.
- •The SeaWingman iOS and Android applications, including all UI, code, and assets we created.
- •The seawingman.com website, including its layout, copy we've authored, and original images.
- •Marketing copy and brand collateral we publish.
What's not covered
- •Your content: photos, profile text, messages, and other material you post stays yours. By posting it you grant us the license described in the Terms of Service so we can host and display it. Delete your account or the specific item to revoke.
- •Open-source dependencies we use (React, Expo, Next.js, etc.) are licensed by their authors under their own terms.
Trademarks of others
App Store, Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All other trademarks referenced on this site or in the app belong to their respective owners.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on SeaWingman infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@seawingman.com including:
- •A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- •The URL or in-app location of the infringing material (so we can find it).
- •Your contact information (name, email, mailing address, phone).
- •A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- •A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- •Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every report and will remove content that clearly violates copyright. We may also notify the user who posted it and (for repeated violations) close their account.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it shouldn't have been, you can file a counter-notice to the same address with:
- •Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
- •A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- •Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in SeaWingman's place of business.
- •Your physical or electronic signature.
